NAC-TVS accreditation is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Institutes must apply for renewal at least 6 months before the expiry date to ensure continuity of accreditation status.

Applications can be submitted online through the AMS (Accreditation Management System) portal at ams.nac.gov.pk. You can also submit physical applications at NAVTTC headquarters.

Institutes must have a minimum of 2 years of operational history to apply for accreditation. New institutes should focus on establishing their systems and processes before applying.

Institutes are assessed on a 1000-point scale across 10 performance areas. A minimum score of 700 points (70%) is required to pass the accreditation assessment.

If accreditation is denied, the institute receives a detailed report highlighting areas of non-compliance. The institute can address these issues and re-apply after 6 months. A partial fee waiver may be available for re-applications within one year.
